I love being able to throw something in my crock pot in the morning before heading out the door, and coming home to being ready to eat! This recipe took me about 10 min, all i had to do was cut up my potatoes, onion, and celery. Seriously it doesn’t get any easier then that! Especially with having a busy toddler on the loose, there isn’t a heck of a lot of time to get stuff done. I’m envious of all you Mommas out there that have a 2nd child so close in age!
I’m a sucker for a good deal, who isn’t? One of my favorite grocery stores to shop at is Aldi, I seriously can fill my entire cart up for less than $100.oo, That is what I can fit in my cart with my son standing in there, stepping on every thing I put in. Haha! Its quite the experience when we make our grocery trips! Anyways, I picked up this pork center cut from Aldi for less than 5 bucks! I definitely bought a few of them for that price!
This literally took me 10 min, now I just set it and forget it! I set my crockpot on low for 8 hours. but you certainly can set it on high for 4 to 5 hours as well!
- Pork Center Cut
- 1 Cup Carrots
- 2 Cups Potatoes
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Cup Chopped Celery
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 4 Cubes Beef Stock
- 2.5 Cups Water
- Set your Crockpot up, & turn on low
- Unwrap your Center Cut Pork Roast and place at the bottom of your Crockpot
- Cut your Potatoes, Carrots, Onion, & Celery & place on top of the Pork in the Crockpot
- Add in your Seasonings
- Pour in 2.5 Cups Water
