Mason Jar Salad
Good Morning All!
Mason Jar Salad is my go to for lunch or dinner! I love looking in the fridge and being able to grab a snack that is already prepared, being a stay at home momma, that really helps me save time! I grew up eating lots of veggies, My mom always grew lots in her garden, I would eat a fresh salad from the garden about three times a day! These easy to prepare salads are the perfect snack, and they last a good week in the fridge.
- ¾ Cup Olive Oil
- ¼ Cup "From the Mother" Apple Cider Vinegar (Just use vinegar)
- Green Onion
- Red and Green Pepper
- Garbanzo Beans
- ½ Can Chicken Breast
- Start by adding your dressing to the bottom of the jar.
- Layer your ingredients with the softer vegetables at the top.
- Top the jar off with the cabbage and kale.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Shake before serving.
